The daily life in Medieval Tarnovgrad - 3rd part

Time:
On the 29th and 30th of August you will have the opportunity to become part of the third part of the Medieval Bulgaria Festival. You can see tournaments and battles. You will learn more about medieval way of life, entertainment and crafts.

Place:
Architectural reserve “Tsarevets”

Participants:
The main participant in the festival is National Association “Traditsia” from Veliko Tarnovo.
Other participants and guests are:
- MODVS VIVENDI - Medieval Society in Bulgaria from Sofia. They will present European weaponry and costumes from 12 – 14 century;
- CHIGOT – Historic reconstruction Association from Varna - Second Bulgarian Kindom’s way of life and military outfit and equipment;
- AVITOHOL - Association for restoration and preservation of Bulgarian tradition
- National Association “TRADITSIA” – Shumen
Reanactors Свободни реенактори:
- Zhana and Yordan Sivkovi from Dobrich – way of life and cloths from First Bulgarian Kingdom;
- Boris Bedrosov from Burgas – weapons, armor and blacksmith’s methods
- Ivan Rendakov from Plovdiv - casting of medallions and fibulas, working with glass;
- Kalina Atanasova from Varna – Medieval costumes and decorations project
